1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

2. Delivery Duration

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery time may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID and tracking link via email/SMS.
You can use the link to check the real-time status of your shipment.

5. Packaging & Safety

All products are packed using secure and protective packaging to ensure your items arrive safely without damage.
Fragile items such as cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and lenses are double-checked before dispatch.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect address or incomplete information

  • Customer not available at the time of delivery

  • Courier delays beyond our control

If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you for instructions.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within India.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A tampered package

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you immediately.

9. Address Change Requests

Address changes can be made before the order is dispatched.
Once shipped, we cannot modify delivery details.
